What this site is, and where everything on it comes from

One place for the football

Total Bound Football pulls together the things you would otherwise open five tabs for: the day's scores, the league tables, the headlines worth reading, and the detail behind a single match — the goals, the cards, the line-ups and the stats.

It covers 29 competitions, from the Premier League and the Champions League down to the domestic cups, with a page for every club in every one of them.

Where the numbers come from

Scores, tables, fixtures and club records come from football-data.org and ESPN. Club details such as the current manager, the stadium and the year a club was founded come from Wikidata.

Where the headlines come from

Stories are collected from the public feeds of 16 outlets. Only the headline, the standfirst and a thumbnail are shown, and every card links straight back to the publisher — the full article is always read on their site, never here.

How current it is

Scores update while a match is being played, without needing to reload the page. Headlines, tables and fixtures refresh continuously in the background.

If something looks stale, the source status page shows which feeds and providers are responding and when each was last checked.

What it does not do

  • No accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter.
  • No advertising, and no analytics or tracking of any kind.
  • No betting odds, tips or affiliate links.
  • No comments, and nothing you can post.

The privacy page sets out exactly what is and is not stored.

Accuracy

Scores and statistics come from third parties and are shown as they are received. They can be wrong or late, particularly while a match is in progress.

Badges and crests

Competition badges and club crests are the trade marks of their respective owners. They are shown here only to identify the competition or club a score, table or story refers to. Total Bound is not affiliated with, endorsed by or otherwise connected to any competition, club or governing body.
